The majority of Antidot shares are held by its three founders.

Founders
Antidot shares are mainly in the hands of its three founders (Fabrice Lacroix, Stéphane Loesel and Jérôme Mainka) who remain actively involved in corporate management, strategic planning and product development.

Investors
In 2004, Antidot's growth led to the organization of a public offering, in order to provide suitable funding and to consolidate our financial structure.

Four institutional investors purchased shares:

• SOFIMAC
• Banque Populaire Création
• Rhône-Alpes Création
• Amorçage Rhône-Alpes

These investors chose to join together with Antidot and support our growth.
