AFS@Enterprise integrates the CKS "Community and Knowledge Services" module, which provides each user with a powerful environment for monitoring, organizing and sharing information.
It gives each user the power to:
- create thematic folders for each subject, organize his queries and reference documents;
- save his searches and associate them with thematic folders; select searches in order to receive automatic alerts;
- bookmark key documents, annotate them and store them in folders;
- share folders between users, thus creating powerful collaborative networks within the enterprise and promoting the emergence of groups of experts.
